There are two datacenters which are housing our servers. One is in Canada, and the other is overseas. All shared web hosting plans are set up on our servers in Canada.

Our datacenters feature 35,000 square feet of space, backup power generator, redundant UPS (Uninterruptible Power Supply, security detection systems, closed circuit monitoring, heat & smoke detection systems, key card access, 24x7 man guarded security, redundant A/C, and fibre from 5 different providers.

Security is our #1 priority. Each facility is SSAE (Statement on Standards for Attestation Engagements) 16 Type II and CSAE (Canadian Standard on Assurance Engagements) 3416 certified. In other words, we have undertaken an independent and in-depth audit of our control activities, including management of technology and related hosting and network services provided to our customers.
