There are two datacentres which house our servers; one in Canada, and the other overseas. All Shared Web Hosting plans are set up on our servers in Canada.

Our datacentres feature 35,000 square feet of space, a backup power generator, redundant Uninterruptible Power Supply (UPS), security detection systems, closed circuit monitoring, heat & smoke detection systems, key card access, 24/7 man guarded security, redundant A/C and fibre from 5 different providers.

Security is our #1 priority. Each facility is SSAE (Statement on Standards for Attestation Engagements) 16 Type II and CSAE (Canadian Standard on Assurance Engagements) 3416 certified. In other words, we have undertaken an independent and in-depth audit of our control activities, including management of technology and related hosting and network services provided to our customers.
